No cookies, no trackers

This website places no cookies on your device and uses no analytics, advertising or fingerprinting trackers. For that reason, no consent banner is required when you visit the site. We do not load any scripts from Google, Facebook or other third parties, and we do not use external fonts or CDNs. All assets (images, fonts) are served directly from our own server.

When you click on an external link (for example "Open in Google Maps" or a LinkedIn link), that site opens in a new tab. The privacy policy of that external site then applies, no longer that of this website.

Daylight bv has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. The processing of personal data is not a core activity and does not involve large-scale processing of special categories of personal data (art. 37 GDPR).

All data entered through this site remains internal to Daylight bv and is not shared with third parties. There is no transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area. In case of a legal obligation (court order, tax audit), data may be provided to the competent authority.

Your rights

You have the following rights at all times with regard to your personal data:

Right of access (art. 15 GDPR): request a copy of your data.
Right to rectification (art. 16): have incorrect or incomplete data corrected.
Right to erasure (art. 17): "right to be forgotten", subject to legal retention obligations.
Right to restriction (art. 18): temporary restriction of processing.

Automated decision-making and profiling

Daylight bv does not apply automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of art. 22 GDPR.

Daylight bv takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, unlawful processing or unauthorised access (art. 32 GDPR).
